Your first visit to Dr. Christopher Moore’s office will hopefully be one that will exceed your expectations. It is important not only to allow for examination of your teeth, but is in fact a vital foundation for our relationship with you.
Lisa, our treatment coordinator will send a “pre-determination” to your insurance carrier, and you will receive a response from them within approximately 4-6 weeks explaining what is or is not a covered benefit.
Your dental records, dental treatment, medical history, personal information and all other information accumulated by Dr. Moore’s office is strictly protected as confidential.
We see all patients on an appointment basis. However, should an emergency situation arise, call us immediately and we will see you as quickly as possible.
